Dear guests,

We are open again and thrilled that so many of you are choosing to book stays at Brayton Park now we are moving out of lockdown. Here are some key dates, to help you decide when to visit us:

  • 12th April to 16th May 2021 – Household groups allowed for stays
  • 17th May to 20th June 2021 – People of 2 households or up to 6 individuals will be able to share a lodge
  • 21st June 2021 Onwards – No restrictions

Please be aware that these dates are a guide and things could change depending on the government’s advice as we move along the road map out of lockdown.

While you are with us you can enjoy outdoor dining at the Lakeside Restaurant, lodge delivery service, in-lodge holistic therapies and our golf course.

However, there are some necessary changes and extra measures we would like to share with you to keep everyone safe, including; extra cleaning and sanitisation, extra time for the property to air, safe key collection and key drop-off, social distancing guidance, hand soap or sanitiser provided. Check-out time is now 9 am to allow these measures to be implemented.

Following discussions with our booking partner, Hoseasons, we have been assured that prices will remain the same as they were before lockdown.

If public health measures mean you are not allowed to travel, you will be able to choose any one of the following three options:

✓ Get a full refund if your holiday gets cancelled

✓ Transfer to a later date or a different resort or accommodation

✓ Choose an e-voucher to rebook your holiday online

We continue to take every measure possible to safeguard and protect our guests and employees, which includes adhering to exceptionally high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We also have the advantage of our spacious location and Lake District surroundings, where there is so much to do while being able to keep a safe distance from other people.

Lastly, thank you all for your support and we’ll see you soon for a well-deserved getaway!

Harry and the Brayton Park Team
